Our Tactical Operations Center runs every deployment, 24 hours a day. Cameras, alarms, drones, patrols and our response vehicles all report into one room, and Paveer AI brings them together on a single platform, so every event is seen, checked and acted on.
Every camera, alarm, fence sensor, drone and vehicle tracker feeds one platform. Paveer AI watches all of it at once and flags people, vehicles and unusual movement.
An operator checks every alert on camera or by drone, and confirms with the client's safe word, so real threats are acted on and false alarms are cleared fast.
The nearest Tactical Response Unit is sent with a tactical unit, drone pilot and K9, and the team sees what the operator sees on the way in.
The TOC stays on the incident: drone overwatch, live camera feeds, contact with SAPS and the client until the scene is secure.

Supplying information is voluntary. If you leave out required fields we may not be able to respond, assess your property or consider your application.
We process your information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form, and where it is needed to take steps towards a contract you have asked about (POPIA section 11). Background and criminal record checks on applicants are done with the applicant's consent and to meet our obligations under the Private Security Industry Regulation Act 56 of 2001 and the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000 (POPIA sections 26 and 27, and 33 for criminal behaviour).
Only our own staff who need it to deal with your request. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
We use service providers (operators) for website hosting, form storage, email, and advertising and website measurement (Google Ads and Google Analytics). They may only process your information on our instructions and must keep it secure (POPIA sections 20 and 21). For recruitment checks, we share applicant details with PSIRA and with accredited background-screening providers. We disclose information to SAPS or other authorities only where the law requires it.
Some of our hosting and email providers may store data on servers outside South Africa. Where that happens, we only use providers bound by laws or written agreements that give protection substantially similar to POPIA (section 72).
Access is limited to the staff who need it and is protected by passwords and access controls. We handle site assessment details with the same discipline as client safe words, access codes and key holder lists. If we believe your information has been accessed without authorisation, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA section 22 requires.
We will not send you marketing unless you are a client or have asked for it, and every message will tell you how to opt out (POPIA section 69).
We use two Google measurement tools. The Google Ads tag tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads goes on to send an enquiry or tap a phone number, so we can see which ads work. Google Analytics tells us, in aggregate, how many people visit, how they found us, which pages and services they look at, and which forms they send, so we can improve the site. Neither tool receives the content of the forms you send us. These tools set Google cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not allow ad personalisation. You can object at any time: the button below switches the Google Ads and Analytics cookies off on this device and saves that choice in your browser (the saved setting contains no personal information). You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
You may ask us, free of charge, to confirm whether we hold personal information about you and to see it, to correct or delete it, to stop using it or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. Send your request to the Information Officer above. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Requests for records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) can be sent to the same address. Our PAIA manual is available on request.
